OvmfPkg/VirtioFsDxe: implement EFI_FILE_PROTOCOL.GetPosition, .SetPosition

Using the functions introduced previously, we can now implement
VirtioFsSimpleFileGetPosition() and VirtioFsSimpleFileSetPosition().
