1. Removed AsmSwitchStackAndBackingStore from BaseLib.h
2. Modified SwitchStack definition update to MWG 0.60e. 3. Added BaseLib/Ipf/InternalSwitchStack.c and removed BaseLib/Ipf/Non-existing.c 4.
