MdeModulePkg UfsBlockIoPei: Remove redundant functions
The functions that are never called have been removed. They are UfsPeimUnlinkMemBlock,UfsPeimRequestSense, UfsPeimInquiry,UfsRwAttributes,UfsClearFlag,UfsReadFlag and UfsFindAvailableSlotInTmrl. https://bugzilla.tianocore.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1062 v2: Remove the comment that mentioned 'UfsPeimUnlinkMemBlock' within function UfsPeimFreeMemPool().
