CorebootModulePkg: Remove unused PCI non-enumeration drivers
CorebootPayloadPkg has switched to use the generic PciBus and PciHostBridge driver form MdeModulePkg. As a result, the non-enumeration drivers including PciBusNoEnumerationDxe and PciRootBridgenoEnumerationDxe need to be removed.
