RedfishPkg/RedfishDiscoverDxe: remove Redfish false alarm

- It is expected that caller receives EFI_NO_MAPPING status
when call issues Configure() to unconfigured network interface.
Remove this false alarm in GetSubnetInfo() function.
- Fix typos
