OvmfPkg/VirtioLib: take VirtIo instance in VirtioRingInit/VirtioRingUninit
Passing the VirtIo protocol instance will allow the vring to use VIRTIO_DEVICE_PROTOCOL.AllocateSharedPages () to allocate vring buffer.
