MdePkg/UefiDevicePathLib: Add a checking step
Add a checking step in DevicePathUtilities.c to verify DevicePath. https://bugzilla.tianocore.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1372 v2: Remove ASSERT() and the redundant checking step. Update related description.
