ee48361cf0 FmpDevicePkg: Remove DisplayUpdateProgressLib mapping for FmpDxe 
FmpDxe does not consume DisplayUpdateProgressLib, so remove the
mapping in FmpDevicePkg.dsc.
Also rename the ESRT GUIDs.

Adds a DSC file that is used to verify that all of the
