Some print statements use format specifiers like %N/%H/%E/%B that are
only supported in the shell print functions. In the ordinary 'Print'
function they are just displayed as letters N/H/E/B.
Remove these unsupported format specifiers from the 'Print' statements
to fix the issue.

Its been observed that in MenuManagerMenuApp when user
selects a different BootOption using Up/Down key, the
current Cursor position is not chaning.
Still points to the old BootOption.
This changes first dispalys/redraws the old BootOption
followed by new BootOption. Doing so will make current
cursor pointing to the user selected BootOption.

The current VariableInfo application only checks for variable
statistics from SMM if the variable information entries are
not present in the UEFI System Configuration table as published
by the DXE UEFI variable driver (VariableRuntimeDxe).
This change first checks for variable information entries in the
UEFI System Configuration but always checks for entries in SMM
as well. If the SMM variable driver is not present, an instance of
EFI_SMM_VARIABLE_PROTOCOL will not be found and the search for
SMM variable statistics will be aborted (an SW SMI to get variable
statistics will not be triggered).
In the case variable statistics are provided by both a Runtime DXE
driver (e.g. VariableSmmRuntimeDxe) and a SMM driver (VariableSmm),
this change will clearly identify statistics from each respective
driver.

6. Check if Capsule-On-Disk is supported by "OsIndicationsSupported"
variable firstly before processing capsules. If not supported, prompt
an error message and quit the process.

This issue is caused by FileInfoBuffer variable. This is a pointer array
and each elements also pointer to a memory buffer that is allocated and
returned by AllocateCopyPool function.

CapsuleApp is used for trigger capsule update.
Add -OD option in CapsuleApp to support doing capsule update via storage.
Add -F and -L options to support dumping information feature.
Finish unit test for -F and -L options.
Already verify this feature on Denlow platform, success to update capsule
via hard disk with -OD option.

According to UEFI spec, only bits 0-15 of CapsuleFlags are
meaningful and CapsuleGuid specific, CAPSULE_FLAGS_PERSIST_ACROSS_RESET
CAPSULE_FLAGS_POPULATE_SYSTEM_TABLE/CAPSULE_FLAGS_INITIATE_RESET
defined in UEFI spec are in bits 16-31, they should not be parsed in
CapsuleFlags of ESRT.
CapsuleFlags
The capsule flags field contains the CapsuleGuid flags (bits 0-15)
as defined in the EFI_CAPSULE_HEADER that will be set in the capsule
header.
