6bf6fc54ab MdeModulePkg: Correct the usage of gPerformanceProtocolGuid in inf 
Add gPerformanceProtocolGuid in BdsDxe.inf explicitly.
Currently, BdsDxe could build pass as it inherits
gPerformanceProtocolGuid from UefiBootManagerLib.inf.

Also update the usage of gPerformanceProtocolGuid in UefiBootManagerLib.inf.

f4cd24da28 MdeModulePkg: Add BdsDxe driver and PlatformBootManagerNull library. 
BdsDxe driver links to UefiBootManagerLib and PlatformBootManager to
provide a pure UEFI boot manager conforming to the UEFI spec.

c516c7178a Move BdsDxe and GenericBdsLib to IntelFrameworkModulePkg, these modules need dependent on gEfiLegacyBiosProtocol to provide legacy boot support. But legacy boot is not described by PI/UEFI specification.

9226efe5eb 1) Cleanup HiiLib, IfrSupportLib. 
2) Add ExtendedHiiLib and ExtendedIfrSupportLib which implement APIs that require the OPcode and Device Path which is specific to Intel's implementation.
