b5ded3c4f0 BMP file may has padding data between the bmp header section and the bmp data section, but current code logic not consider this case, so the check is not valid for some bmp file. Refine the logic for this case.

3999f1feef Reset system only when the pre-allocated memory is more than 1.5 of needed memory and boot mode is BOOT_WITH_DEFAULT_SETTING, or less than the needed memory.

e24fc1032d Clean up the private GUID definition in module Level. 
0. Remove the unused private GUID from module source files.
1. Use gEfiCallerIdGuid replace of the private module GUID.
2. Add the public header files to define HII FormSet and PackageList GUID used in every HII driver.
3. Publish EFI_LEGACY_DEV_ORDER_VARIABLE_GUID from BdsDxe driver and EFI_UPDATE_DATA_FILE_GUID from UpdateDriverDxe to IntelFrameworkModulePkg Include directory.

f6079c7003 IntelFrameworkModulePkg GenericBdsLib: Remove unwanted assert condition 
If the call to SetVariable is to delete the variable,
but the variable was not found, then we return EFI_SUCCESS
