f580c1bd27 Fix a bug in UefiHiiLib. The size for allocating a buffer is StrSize instead of StrLen.

cb7d01c0c9 HII Library Class interface refine. 
The "HiiLib" prefix for all HII Library API function names changed to "Hii".

Remove: 
  HiiLibPreparePackageList(), replaced by HiiAddPackages()
  HiiLibNewString(), replaced by HiiSetString()
  HiiLibGetStringFromHandle(), replaced by HiiGetString()
  HiiLibGetStringFromToken(), replaced by HiiGetPackageString()
  HiiLibExtractGuidFromHiiHandle()
  HiiLibDevicePathToHiiHandle()
  HiiLibGetSupportedSecondaryLanguages()
  HiiLibGetSupportedLanguageNumber()
  HiiLibExportPackageLists()
  HiiLibListPackageLists()
  
Interface change:
  HiiAddPackages()
  HiiSetString()
  HiiGetString()
  HiiGetHiiHandles()

7e3bcccb0e Update UefiHiiLib to support new defined IFR related HII APIs. 
Apply new defined IFR related HII APIs in PlatOverMngr, DriverSample, IScsiDxe and Setup drivers.

4a1102c9ae K8: 
1) add in more ASSERT condition and updates the comment for HexStringToBuf.
2) Check the pointer returned by HiiLibGetHiiHandles.

6cd8bf649c Add in an ASSERT to check the return of HiiLibGetSupportedLanguages. This function should never return NULL. If it does, it is a build.exe bug.
