469293f8ee MdeModulePkg: Fix misuses of AllocateCopyPool 
AllocateCopyPool(AllocationSize, *Buffer) will copy "AllocationSize" bytes of
memory from old "Buffer" to new allocated one. If "AllocationSize" is bigger
than size of "Buffer", heap memory overflow occurs during copy.

One solution is to allocate pool first then copy the necessary bytes to new
memory. Another is using ReallocatePool instead if old buffer will be freed
on spot.

1696b221b1 MdeModulePkg/UefiHiiLib: Fix incorrect check for string length

For string opcode,when checking the valid string length,
it should exclude the Null-terminated character.
And for string in NameValue storage, need to exclude
the varname and also need to convert the Config string
length to Unicode string length.

Fix the incorrect comparison between pointer and constant zero character.

V2: The pointer StringPtr points to a string returned
by ExtractConfig/ExportConfig, if it is NULL, function
InternalHiiIfrValueAction will return FALSE. So in
current usage model, the StringPtr can not be NULL before
using it, so we can add ASSERT here.

16f6922709 MdeModulePkg: Refine casting expression result to bigger size 
There are cases that the operands of an expression are all with rank less
than UINT64/INT64 and the result of the expression is explicitly cast to
UINT64/INT64 to fit the target size.

An example will be:
UINT32 a,b;
// a and b can be any unsigned int type with rank less than UINT64, like
// UINT8, UINT16, etc.
UINT64 c;
c = (UINT64) (a + b);

Some static code checkers may warn that the expression result might
overflow within the rank of "int" (integer promotions) and the result is
then cast to a bigger size.

The commit refines codes by the following rules:
1). When the expression is possible to overflow the range of unsigned int/
int:
c = (UINT64)a + b;

2). When the expression will not overflow within the rank of "int", remove
the explicit type casts:
c = a + b;

3). When the expression will be cast to pointer of possible greater size:
UINT32 a,b;
VOID *c;
c = (VOID *)(UINTN)(a + b); --> c = (VOID *)((UINTN)a + b);

4). When one side of a comparison expression contains only operands with
rank less than UINT32:
UINT8 a;
UINT16 b;
UINTN c;
if ((UINTN)(a + b) > c) {...} --> if (((UINT32)a + b) > c) {...}

For rule 4), if we remove the 'UINTN' type cast like:
if (a + b > c) {...}
The VS compiler will complain with warning C4018 (signed/unsigned
mismatch, level 3 warning) due to promoting 'a + b' to type 'int'.

d6cc284e6f MdeModulePkg:Modify the pointer type.

aa2614b728 EFI_HII_DATABASE_PROTOCOL.NewPackageList() allows installation of multiple package lists with same package list GUID onto different handles. According, change behavior of the HII Library function HiiAddPackages() to be consistent with EFI_HII_DATABASE_PROTOCOL.NewPackageList().

7992c0b02d Change the behavior of the HII Library function HiiGetHiiHandles() when the PackageListGuid parameter is not NULL. The original behavior is that if this parameter is not NULL at most 1 HII Handle is returned. Behavior after change is if this parameter is not NULL zero or more HII Handles associated with PackageListGuid are returned, because it is possible that there are multiple package lists with same package list GUID in the HII Database.

76c2425177 Update HiiDataBase to fix parsing Hii package error. Some HiiPackages have no varstore and question, they has no the built in default value.

84f9a9ec8f 1. Update the implementation of HII ConfigRouting Protocol in HiiDataBase module to follow new ECRs. 
1) ConfigRouting Protocol ExtractConfig interface must return the default values built in IFR that were not returned by ConfigAccess.ExtractConfig.
  2) The parameters of ConfigRouting Protocol interfaces are clarified to the specific configuration string syntax.
2. Implement the last two HiiLib interfaces: HiiSetToDefaults and HiiValidateSettings.
3. Update DriverSample driver to use these two APIs.
