84a99d48f4 1. Rename PeiCoreLib to PeiServicesLib and rename all the interfaces from PeiCoreXXX() to PeiServicesXXX(). 
2. Remove PostCode interfaces from ReportStatusCodeLib

8a43e8dd55 Sync Pcd Service Driver, PEIM and library with MDE Spec 0.55a.
