This patch fixes the following Ecc reported error: Non-Boolean comparisons should use a compare operator (==, !=, >, < >=, <=) Brackets are also added to comply to with the coding standard. We could have reused memmove.asm for ARM, but we would still need to add an implemention for ARM64, so we use the same source for both archs.
