1a788cdd65 Fix the following three issues: 
1. When question is grayout, its value is not gray. 
  2. When type Ui UP action, Repaint is not trigged when next MenuOption is above the TopOfScreen.
  3. When type Ui Down action, TopOfScreen is not calculated correctly when screen roll is required.

13ad1def34 Do the following fix up in SetupBrowser driver: 
1)  Check whether ConfigAccess is NULL before use it.
  2)  Don't do call back for UI_ACTION_REFRESH_FORMSET action.
  3)  Release resource before leave SetupBrowser() function.
  4)  Use the unified check method (HiiHandle, FormsetGuid and FormId) to check FORM is open or close.

5adb8db71e Per UEFI spec, FORM_OPEN/FORM_CLOSE Callback function should be called for each question in the form when this form opens or closes. 
Update SetupBrowser driver to call Callback function (FORM_OPEN/FORM_CLOSE) based on UEFI spec, and update all EDKII HII drivers to correctly handle FORM_OPEN and FORM_CLOSE call back.

8091267c02 Forcing functions with variable argument lists to use the same calling convention (EFIAPI). This solves issues when using compilers where the default calling convention is not EFIAPI. 
This fixes boot issues when using GCC 4.4 in X64 modules.

3dd405becf Fix a bug in SetupBrowserDxe driver when check current user's access setup permission. EFI_USER_INFO_ACCESS_CONTROL.Size may be equal to sizeof (EFI_USER_INFO_ACCESS_CONTROL) because of no extra data.

b5a906f477 1. Update SetupBrowser to pass correct buffer value for OrderedList Callback 
2. Fix UI hang issue in SuppressIf Form support checkin
3. Update DriverSample to demo storage width of OrderedList could be defined to types other than UINT8. (Note: this requires BaseTools >= r9397 for updated VfrCompiler.exe)

f5006bd99e Update SetupBrowser to support call to SendForm() by specify a formset class GUID with input parameter FormsetGuid. 
With this update, SendForm() could support formset class GUID other than EFI_HII_PLATFORM_SETUP_FORMSET_GUID, for example, the EFI_HII_DRIVER_HEALTH_FORMSET_GUID.

d02847d3c0 Add support for newly defined VarStore type EFI_IFR_TYPE_UNDEFINED, EFI_IFR_TYPE_ACTION and EFI_IFR_TYPE_BUFFER in UEFI spec. 
Note: with this update, the limitation for "OrderedList should use array of data type UINT8 as its storage" is removed; now OrderedList could use any data type (UINT8/UINT16/UINT32/UINT64) as its storage array.

d66e6c1687 Change the FormBrowser behavior of "Pressing ESC": 
The old behavior is: if press ESC, it will exit the whole Formset.
The new behavior is: if press ESC, it will return to the parent Form; if current Form is the root Form of a FormSet, it will exit the whole FormSet.

747b19eadc Fixed a bug on the menu display: Following steps to reproduce it: 
1. Boot to shell 
2. go to boot maint manager 
3. Boot options 
4. Add boot option 
5. Add 15 or so unique boot options (just so the list scrolls) 
6. go the boot maint manager 
7. go to Boot options 
8. go to Change boot order 
9. the list is long enough that it scrolls when you push down once (to get to the commit option) 
10. push down once and then up once (repeat) (from list selected to "commit" selected) 
11. you will notice the list and text is getting corrupt  
12. do it until all items in list are gone (system will assert)
