Fix a security hole in shell binaries:
...
For gBS->LoadImage() if the return status is EFI_SECURITY_VIOLATION, the image handle may not be NULL.
Shell environment should not have the assumption that the output ImageHandle must be NULL if the error status is returned by gBS->LoadImage().

Update shell binaries to use the newest EDK shell snapshot. This version has integrate the patch to use EDKII GetBestLanguage() to solve RFC 4646 language matching issue in drivers, dh, DevTree, etc.

Three GUIDs had been retired, PrimaryConsoleInDeviceGuid, PrimaryConsoleOutDeviceGuid and PrimaryStandardErrorDeviceGuid.

Reconnect, Edit, HexEdit command are updated.
