188e4e8444 Remove unnecessary use of FixedPcdxxx() functions and [FixedPcd] INF sections. These should only be used for PCDs that are used to pre-init global variables, pre-init global structures, or size arrays. 
Do some minor clean ups to INF files

e3dcffcc48 Enhanced TerminalDxe module not to install Simple Text(ex) input protocol and Simple Text output protocol, if the device path to the handle is not present in the ConIn and ConOut/ConErr environment variables.

af4a63857c updated the Bus Driver that is able to create all or one of its child handles on each call to Start() not to create new child handle if RemainingDeviepath is the End of Device Path Node, per UEFI 2.3. 
The others changes include:
1. Check RemainingDevicePath at beginning of Supported(), make sure it has been verified before Start() is called.
2. Check IO protocol firstly rather than EfiDevicePathProtocolGuid, reduce the times entering into Start() function because EfiDevicePathProtocolGuid existed on most of handle.
3. If no any child device is created on last time, and RemainingDevicePath is valid Uart Devcie path, go on creating child device handle based on this RemainingDevicePath.

5e0b1e3f82 fix the issue of "Simple File System Protocol Test -> SetInfo_Conf failed on RAS_MB". When it print a string contained a control character of 0xc, it will hang on ConOut->OutputString() which will preprocessor some control character and call HiiStringToImage to render. There is gap between ConOut->OutputString() and HiiStringToImage.The former doesn't identify '0xc' as a line break character and assert only one line font printed. But the latter think it is so and print 2 line, which causes assertion. 
I add EFI_HII_IGNORE_LINE_BREAK flag to force HiiStringToImage ignore the force line break character.

cb7d01c0c9 HII Library Class interface refine. 
The "HiiLib" prefix for all HII Library API function names changed to "Hii".

Remove: 
  HiiLibPreparePackageList(), replaced by HiiAddPackages()
  HiiLibNewString(), replaced by HiiSetString()

dad608335f 1. retried PrimaryConsoleInDeviceGuid, PrimaryConsoleOutDeviceGuid and PrimaryStandardErrorDeviceGuid. 
Consplitter will not install these protocols any more.

2. added logic in Bds to check console handles in System table, if no console handle assigned. Bds module will fill these handles in system table accordingly.

3. fixed one bug before call ConsoleControl->SetMode in FrontPage.c.

5c52673637 Move MdeModuleHii.h into Include\Guid directory 
Move Capsule.h into MdePkg\Include\Protocol directory because Capsule is defined in PI1.0a.
