0b13fe741b Do not assert when the device path node length is invalid. 
Because IsDevicePathValid() calls this API we should leave the device path validation in the caller.

f7ce802f6f MdePkg: Convert non DOS format files to DOS format 
Module UNI and Package UNI files are not DOS format. Convert them to DOS format.

9b94012517 MdePkg: INF/DEC file updates to EDK II packages 
2. Add MODULE_UNI_FILE file that contains the localized Abstract and Description of a module.
a. Addresses an information gap between INF files and the UEFI Distribution Packaging Specification XML schema
b. There will be an associated update to UPT in BaseTools to consume MODULE_UNI_FILE and associated UNI file during UDP creation that performs the INF -> XML conversion.
c. There will be an associated update to UPT in BaseTools to produce MODULE_UNI_FILE and associated UNI file during UDP installation that performs the XML -> INF conversion.

c92c179040 MdePkg: INF/DEC file updates to EDK II packages 
1. Usage information in INF file comment blocks are either incomplete or incorrect.  
This includes usage information for Protocols/PPIs/GUIDs/PCDs/HOBs/Events/BootModes.  
The syntax for usage information in comment blocks is defined in the EDK II Module Information (INF) Specification

4d0a30a494 Add 4 APIs to DevicePathLib: ConvertDeviceNodeToText, ConvertDevicePathToText, ConvertTextToDeviceNode and ConvertTextToDevicePath. 
Add a new instance of DevicePathLib which tries to locate the protocol and if it's not found, it uses the internal functions.

3397c6f590 For libraries that have multiple module types support, just define a [Depex] section for specified module types that are permitted to have a [Depex] section.

3dc728fb14 Convert macros in the DevicePathLib to functions. 
Addresses coding convention issues in the DevicePathLib
Should not cause any compatibility issues with any existing modules.
Adds ASSERT() checks for NULL device path nodes passed into these functions.

fe467413d2 Patch to remove STATIC modifier. This is on longer recommended by EFI Framework coding style. All duplicated symbols has been renamed accordingly.

5ed00ce4ad removed [includes] section from MdePkg and MdeModulePkg .inf files. The includes sections are not needed and are redundant with [packages] section

c7d265a94a Checked in part of MDE library instances following PI and UEFI. It includes: 
1) UefiLib adds features of RFC 3066/Iso639 language string and driver model protocols installation.

2) PeiCoreEntryPoint following PI.

3) UefiDriverEntryPoint following UEFI/EFI.

4) PeiServicesTablePointerLib following PI for IPF and x86.

5) Remove many CommonHeader.h. If there is only one C file in module, we should add the common headers in C file instead of creating a new CommonHeader.h.

2c6fae9e7d Clean up MSA for MDE Libs: 
1. Remove unreferenced Guid of gEfiStatusCodeDataTypeAssertGuid in PeiReportStatusCodeLib & DxeReportStatusCodeLib.msa
2. Remove dependency of BaseLib for SmmEntryPointerLib & PeiServicesTablePointerLibKr1
3. Add accurate arch support for SecPeiDxeTimerLibCpu & correct PcdFSBClock to "DYNAMIC"
4. Add dependency of gEfiDevicePathProtocolGuid for DevicePathLibDevicePathProtocol
