f9841f04ad IntelFrameworkModulePkg: INF/DEC file updates to EDK II packages 
1. Usage information in INF file comment blocks are either incomplete or incorrect.  
This includes usage information for Protocols/PPIs/GUIDs/PCDs/HOBs/Events/BootModes.  
The syntax for usage information in comment blocks is defined in the EDK II Module Information (INF) Specification

402e4a9d77 Change the type of NotifyHandle from EFI_HANDLE to VOID * for SimpleTextInEx protocol. 
Clean up the code to remove unnecessary NotifyHandle in the private data structure.

9891f791b0 Change the SimpleTextInEx implementation to return CTRL+C when CTRL and C are both pressed; SimpleTextIn implementation still returns CTRL+3.

5829afe3e4 1. Add Partial Keystroke Support in Ps2Kb drivers. See the Uefi2.3.1a chapter 11.2 
2. Fix the bug of "In Ps2Keyboard the CAPs LOCK's LED should NOT be light when user press the SysReq key".
3. Fix the bug of "The PS2Keyboard driver outputs wrong EFI_INPUT_KEY value for PrintScr/SysRq keystroke"

f6c014fb14 Add a PcdPs2KbdExtendedVerification to let user to choose whether extend reset for keyboard driver in start (). Add more debug information in the driver.
