b4221611e9 Add Doxygen style comments to the EFI_SIZE_TO_PAGES() and EFI_PAGES_TO_SIZE() macros. Clarify that the Size and Pages parameters to these macros are assumed to be type UINTN.

705f53a9b4 Update IPsec.h file to follow approved ECR which will be collected into future UEFI 2.3 Specification after 2.3 errata B and future UEFI Specifications after 2.3. The changes mainly include: 
1. Add EFI_IPSEC2_PROTOCOL
  2. Remove IPsec Authentication Algorithm Definition and IPsec Encryption Algorithm    
     Definition.
  3. Add EFI_IPSEC_SA_DATA2 data structure.
And also update IPv4 driver to call EFI_IPSEC2_PROTOCOL.

818ff8c267 MdePkg: Use builtin offsetof function for GCC 4.0 and newer 
GCC 4.0 and newer have a builtin function for implementing
'offsetof' therefore we make use of it for our OFFSET_OF
macro.

605466ae28 ARM RVCT 3.1 compiler has issues with __packed structures containing anonymous structures in a union. I had to add extra PACKED macros to get things to compile. Hopefully at some point RVCT will support #pragma pack(1) properly and we can retire PACKED macro.

2186f2a106 Move ACPI_SMALL_RESOURCE_HEADER and ACPI_LARGE_RESOURCE_HEADER from SuperIo.h to Acpi10.h. 
Add more ACPI resource descriptors to Acpi10.h which are needed by EFI_SIO_PROTOCOL implementation.

37de2c8442 Fix minor spec compliance issue: "EFI_DEVICE_PATH_CREATE_NODE" should be "EFI_DEVICE_PATH_UTILS_CREATE_NODE" according to UEFI spec. 
As it is unlikely for any user code to directly use this definition, this update should not cause any build break issue.

cda8ba5ed7 Add ASSERT() conditions to UEFI Library Print() and AsciiPrint() functions if gST->ConOut is NULL. 
Add ASSERT() conditions to UEFI Library ErrorPrint() and AsciiErrorPrint() functions if gST->StdErr is NULL.
Add ASSERT() conditions to UEFI Library PrintXY() and AsciiPrintXY() gST->ConsoleOutputHandle is NULL.
Update Print(), AsciiPrint(), ErrorPrint(), AsciiErrorPrint() to return 0 if the Simple Text Output Protocol OutputString() call returns an error.

4e716b677a Made use of GCC built-in functions for variable arguments in procedures dependent on NO_BUILTIN_VA_FUNCS. This is because they do not function correctly in GCC 4.4 when using ms_abi in X64 images. This does not change functionality for other projects.

a1e98f78be According to the latest UEFI 2.3 errata B, the following changes are made: 
1.EFI_IMAGE_EXECUTION_INFO structure.Signature field.
2.HiiConfigAccess.ExtractConfig function comments
3.HiiConfigRouting.ExtractConfig, BlockToConfig and GetAltConfig function comments.
4.Remove not in public UEFI spec comments.
