2. Update API ForceClearPK() to UserPhysicalPresent() in PlatformSecureLib.
2. Update SecureBootConfigDxe driver and AuthVariable driver to support Custom Secure Boot Mode feature.
3. Fix some bugs in AuthVariable driver.
