Check for NULL from AllocateCopyPool before setting Count to 1. Also change sizeof (EFI_HANDLE*) to sizeof (EFI_HANDLE). Handles is a EFI_HANDLE pointer, so the allocated memory must be the size of EFI_HANDLE.
