jljusten 323940278e UefiCpuPkg/CpuDxe: Put CPU to sleep during Idle events ...

When the MdeModulePkg gCoreEventIdleGuid event is signaled,
CpuSleep is called.  This will cause the CPU to sleep until
the next interrupt occurs.
