2. add IntelFrameworkPkg.dsc
3. add Guid/StatusCodeDataTypeId.h and update IntelFrameworkPkg.dec and IntelFrameworkPkg.nspd
4. Port DxeIoLibCpuIo.inf, DxeReportStatusCodeLib.inf and DxeSmmDriverEntryPoint.inf
