Replace "(UINT8 *)NewVariableData" with (UINT8 *)NewVariableData + Offset" to avoid the header of EFI_SIGNATURE_LIST being copied to the front of NewVariableData every time and update ListWalker when handling the current EFI_SIGNATURE_LIST finishes.
