jljusten 949b0f3b27 OvmfPkg EMU FVB: Convert to FVB2 protocol
Convert from using EFI_FIRMWARE_VOLUME_BLOCK_PROTOCOL
to EFI_FIRMWARE_VOLUME_BLOCK2_PROTOCOL.
