lgao4 f806dd277e Use single one PcdFrameworkCompatibilitySupport PCD to support framework HII and FvHob.
Remove patchable type Flash related PCD.
Simplify single one PcdPeiFullPcdDatabaseEnable to produce full or minimal Pei PCD services.
