Marvin H?user b04453d36b MdeModulePkg/EbcDxe: Mitigate memcpy intrinsics ...

Assignments of structure values cause the emission of memcpy()
intrinsics by the CLANG38 toolchain. Substitute the assignments with
calls to CopyMem() to mitigate the issue.
