LogoDxe embeds the image resource in the PE resource section, then it produces Platform Logo protocol which can return the images in pixel format. HiiImageEx protocol is responsible to decode the JPEG/PNG images to pixel format. LogoDxe driver uses HiiImageEx protocol.
