jljusten 27d7e63f45 OvmfPkg/PlatformPei: Remove MtrrLib ASSERTs ...

QEMU doesn't support MTRR emulation in some cases,
and therefore the MtrrLib calls may return an error.
In that case, we should silently ignore the error.
