Add UEFI application to UefiCpuPkg to display all supported CPUID leafs and sub-leafs described by UefiCpuPkg/Include/Register/Cpuid.h that is based on information from Intel(R) 64 and IA-32 Architectures Software Developer's Manual, Volume 2A, December 2015, CPUID instruction.
