The TPer Reset operation would be moved into SecurityPkg/Tcg/ MemoryOverwriteControl/TcgMor.inf module and be triggered at EndOfDxe. By this way, all encrypted drives which produce EFI_STORAGE_SECURITY_ RPOTOCOL interface would be force reset when MOR is set.
