This driver depends on the gEfiCpuArchProtocolGuid protocol but does not declare it, and so this dependency gets satisfied transitively via ArmLib. However, ArmLib will drop this dependency as it does not actually use it, so declare it for LcdGraphicsOutputDxe instead.
