Extend VirtioGpuSendCommand() to support commands which return data, rename the function to VirtioGpuSendCommandWithReply() to indicate that. Add a new VirtioGpuSendCommand() function which is just a thin wrapper around VirtioGpuSendCommandWithReply() so existing code continues to work without changes.
