c09333e944 Revert "gaze18-3050: Update CSME" 
This reverts commit 062ff0364b.

The RPL-HX tools were used to regenerate the CSME, but the RPL-P tools
need to be used.

8e90fec1ea oryp11: Add config files 
- Specify chip.txt for external flashing
- Copy IntelGopDriver.inf so GOP is used
- Copy edk2.config to build with correct configs
