Update External HDD Rsync Script

Browse Source 
- Reformatted external HDD as exFAT due to NTFS permission issues
- Change `external_hdd_path` to "/mnt/Seagate 5TB"
- Add Pictures directory to backup
- Add Lutris system settings and configuration to backup
- Add Dolphin, PCSX2, RetroArch, and RPCS3 system settings to backup
