Update tmux config

- Remove template code for additional plugins
- Remap Ctrl-b to Ctrl-a
- Split panes with | and -
- Reload config file with "r"
- Switch panes with Alt-arrow
- Enable mouse mode
- Add option to disable automatic window rename as comment
