soc/amd/*: Utilize get_fmap_value() Makefile function where possible

Replace:
$(shell awk '$$2 == "xyz" {print $$3}' $(obj)/fmap_config.h)
with:
$(call get_fmap_value,xyz)

to improve code readability/maintainability.
