ec/hp/kbc1126: Use ec/acpi/ec.h instead of its own implementation

This also does some light cleaning up:
 - Place spaces in function names to make it easier to read.
 - Adds a newline to a console message.

TEST=Tested to work on HP ProBook 450 G3
