Exposing the GPIOs via an ACPI PowerResource and the _CRS results in the
OS driver and ACPI thinking they own the GPIO. This can cause timing
problems because it's not clear which system should be controlling the
GPIO.
There's no reason to require explicit disablement however, so drop the
superfluous 'disable' flag, and change the _CRS generation to check if
the GPIOs will be exported via the 'has_power_resource' flag instead.
This mirrors the change made for drivers/i2c/generic.
TEST=untested, as no boards selected this option.

Since mono_time is now 64-bit, the utility functions interfacing with
mono_time should also be 64-bit so precision isn't lost.
Fixed build errors related to printing the now int64_t result of
stopwatch_duration_[m|u]secs in various places.

Since there are many identifiers whose name contain "__unused" in
headers of musl libc, introducing a macro which expands "__unused" to
the source of a util may have disastrous effect during its compiling
under a musl-based platform.
However, it is hard to detect musl at build time as musl is notorious
for having explicitly been refusing to add a macro like "__MUSL__" to
announce its own presence.
Using __always_unused and __maybe_unused for everything may be a good
idea. This is how it works in the Linux kernel, so that would at least
make us match some other standard rather than doing our own thing
(especially since the other compiler.h shorthand macros are also
inspired by Linux).

The current 10ms timeout for SPI TPM IRQ is not enough for platforms
using ti50 (such as corsola). Therefore, introduce a new Kconfig option
'GOOGLE_TPM_IRQ_TIMEOUT_MS'.
For platforms using cr50, we need to support legacy pre-ready-IRQ cr50
factory images during the initial boot, so the timeout remains 100ms for
I2C TPM and 10ms for SPI TPM. For all the other platforms using ti50,
the default timeout is increased to 750ms, as suggested by the ti50 team
(apronin@google.com).

A new iteration of Google's TPM implementation will advertize a new
DID:VID, but otherwise follow the same protocol as the earlier design.
This change makes use of Kconfigs TPM_GOOGLE_CR50 and TPM_GOOGLE_TI50
to be able to take slightly different code paths, when e.g. evaluating
whether TPM firmware is new enough to support certain features.

Mainboards accessing the cr50 over an I2C bus may want to reuse some of
the same firmware version and BOARD_CFG logic, therefore refactor this
logic out into a bus-agnostic file, drivers/tpm/cr50.c. This file uses
the new tis_vendor_read/write() functions in order to access the cr50
regardless of the bus which is physically used. In order to leave SPI
devices intact, the tis_vendor_* functions are added to the SPI driver.

Now that the console system itself will clearly differentiate loglevels,
it is no longer necessary to explicitly add "ERROR: " in front of every
BIOS_ERR message to help it stand out more (and allow automated tooling
to grep for it). Removing all these extra .rodata characters should save
us a nice little amount of binary size.
This patch was created by running
find src/ -type f -exec perl -0777 -pi -e 's/printk\(\s*BIOS_ERR,\s*"ERROR: /printk\(BIOS_ERR, "/gi' '{}' ';'
and doing some cursory review/cleanup on the result. Then doing the same
thing for BIOS_WARN with

In the case of deduct_cmd_len being set and the adjusted cmd_len >=
ctrlr_max, ctrlr_max wasn't being adjusted and still had the value of
ctrlr->max_xfer_size. Handle this edge case (which we should never run
into) by setting ctrlr_max to 0 and printing a warning to the console.

In order to support wake from D3cold, most devices require extra
circuitry and possibly out-of-band communications to the host.
Therefore, assume that most SPI peripherals that do have wake
capabilities support wake from D3hot rather than D3cold.
This also allows coreboot to expose a power resource to perform power
sequencing for a SPI peripheral that is intended to retain power in
S3/S0ix.
If support for a device with d3cold wake support is needed, it could be
added in later as an option.

The Fast Read Dual Output and Fast Read Dual I/O commands are
practically identical, the only difference being how the read address is
transferred (saving a whooping 2 bytes which is totally irrelevant for
the amounts of data coreboot tends to read). We originally implemented
Fast Read Dual Output since it's the older command and some older
Winbond chips only supported that one... but it seems that some older
Macronix parts for whatever reason chose to only support Fast Read Dual
I/O instead. So in order to make this work for as many parts as
possible, I guess we'll have to implement both. (Also, the Macronix
device ID situation is utter madness with different chips with different
capabilities often having the same ID, so we basically have to make a
best-effort guess to strike a trade-off between fast speeds and best
chance at supporting all chips. If this turns out to be a problem later,
we may have to add Kconfig overrides for this or resort to SFDP parsing,
although that would defeat the whole point of trying to be fast.)

This patch pulls control of the memory pool serving allocations from the
CBFS_CACHE memlayout area into cbfs.c and makes it a core part of the
CBFS API. Previously, platforms would independently instantiate this as
part of boot_device_ro() (mostly through cbfs_spi.c). The new cbfs_cache
pool is exported as a global so these platforms can still use it to
directly back rdev_mmap() on their boot device, but the cbfs_cache can
now also use it to directly make allocations itself. This is used to
allow transparent decompression support in cbfs_map().

Only the call in `spi_flash_cmd_write_page_program` uses non-constant
values for the array length. However, the value for `data_len` has an
upper bound: `flash->page_size` is set to `1U << vi->page_size_shift`
which depends on the flash chip vendor info, and the largest value it
can currently have is 8. Thus, the maximum page size is currently 256.
Define the `MAX_FLASH_CMD_DATA_SIZE` macro to place an upper bound on
the amount of data that can be written in one command. Then, use this
value to allocate a fixed-size buffer in `spi_flash_cmd_write`. Also,
add a check to prevent buffer overflow problems. Finally, ensure that
the `spi_flash_cmd_write_page_program` function always writes no more
than 256 bytes of data when using the `spi_flash_cmd_write` function.
Tested on Asrock B85M Pro4 (Winbond W25Q64FV), MRC cache still works.

This change adds details about the memory map windows to translate
addresses between SPI flash space and host address space to coreboot
tables. This is useful for payloads to setup the translation using the
decode windows already known to coreboot. Until now, there was a
single decode window at the top of 4G used by all x86
platforms. However, going forward, platforms might support more decode
windows and hence in order to avoid duplication in payloads this
information is filled in coreboot tables.
`lb_spi_flash()` is updated to fill in the details about these windows
by making a call to `spi_flash_get_mmap_windows()` which is
implemented by the driver providing the boot media mapping device.

Once the console's FMAP region is full, we stop clearing the line
buffer and `line_offset` is not reset anymore. Hence, sanity check
`line_offset` everytime before writing to the buffer.
The issue resulted in boot hangs and potentially a brick if the
log was very verbose.

Added new config BOOT_DEVICE_SPI_FLASH_NO_EARLY_WRITES to accomodate
older x86 platforms that don't allow writing to SPI flash when early
stages are running XIP from flash. If
BOOT_DEVICE_SPI_FLASH_NO_EARLY_WRITES is not selected,
BOOT_DEVICE_SPI_FLASH_RW_NOMMAP_EARLY will get auto-selected if
BOOT_DEVICE_SPI_FLASH_RW_NOMMAP=y. This allows for current platforms
that write to flash in the earlier stages, assuming that they have
that capability.

This adds error checking in paths that previously ignored TPM
communication errors. We hit this case occasionally during "Checking
cr50 for pending updates"; previously we would go down this path and
eventually time out using MAX_STATUS_TIMEOUT, which is 2 minutes.
Now, we detect the failure and return with an error indication instead
of timing out after a long time. The root cause of the communication
error is an open issue.

For Volteer (and future Tiger Lake boards) we can enable mode S0i3.4
only if we know that the Cr50 is generating 100us interrupt pulses.
We have to do so, because the SoC is not guaranteed to detect pulses
shorter than 100us in S0i3.4 substate.
A new Kconfig setting CR50_USE_LONG_INTERRUPT_PULSES controls new code
running in verstage, which will program a new Cr50 register, provided that
Cr50 firmware is new enough to support the register.
