Define a new timestamp to identify the completion of Auxiliary Firmware Sync. Without that, it gets accounted into a different timestamp ID in a misleading way. BUG=None TEST=Build Brox BIOS image and boot to OS. Confirm the timestamp is recorded in cbmem.
