Rob Barnes 13ec6a03ab mb/google/zork: Change SPI fast speed to 66mhz ...

Morphius cannot support 100Mhz fast SPI causing it to not boot.
Downgrade all zork boards to fast=66mhz and normal=33mhz to be safe.
