Remove the references to DuetPkg.  Copy the files from revision
ffea0a2ce2 of DuetPkg into
CorebootModulePkg.  The components include:
* PciBusNoEnumerationDxe
* PciRootBridgeNoEnumerationDxe
* SataControllerDxe
