PcdArmLinuxKernelFixedOffset is supposed to indicate the offset from the beginning of the system memory at which the kernel will be loaded. However, this PCD value is not used at all. Instead the kernel is loaded just below a certain limit indicated by PCD value PcdArmLinuxKernelMaxOffset. This patch deletes PCD value PcdArmLinuxKernelFixedOffset to avoid any confusion.
