Among other things, the header file declares the InternalMemEncryptSevSetMemoryDecrypted() and InternalMemEncryptSevSetMemoryEncrypted() functions. The functions are called from "X64/MemEncryptSevLib.c", and defined in "X64/VirtualMemory.c".
