jljusten f6079c7003 IntelFrameworkModulePkg GenericBdsLib: Remove unwanted assert condition ...

If the call to SetVariable is to delete the variable,
but the variable was not found, then we return EFI_SUCCESS
rather than EFI_NOT_FOUND.
