edk2: Add minimal UI for Secure Boot
Enable SecureBootConfigDxe with a stripped down UI. It allows users to enable or disable Secure Boot and reset the key data to the defaults. That's it. Signed-off-by: Tim Crawford <tcrawford@system76.com>
