cc1e3b64ed Fix freeze during chipset lockdown on Nehalem
Remove locking of PCI device 00:00.0 registers (nehalem/finalize.c)
and remove setting the zeroth bit of the MSR_LT_LOCK_MEMORY = 0x2e7 MSR
register (model_2065x/finalize.c) to fix a frozen boot and S3 resume issue
which became apparent with commit d533b16669.

More detailed, either setting the LSB of the 32 bit register at 0x98
of the PCI device 00:00.0 (in the intel_nehalem_finalize_smm function) or
setting the LSB of the the MSR register MSR_LT_LOCK_MEMORY = 0x2e7 (in the
intel_model_2065x_finalize_smm function) indepentenly causes a freeze
during bootup or a complete session loss on resuming from S3 as described
here: https://mail.coreboot.org/pipermail/coreboot/2018-April/086564.html

It seems like Nehalem CPUs do not have a MSR_LT_LOCK_MEMORY register.
Additionally, the "Intel Core i7-600, i5-500, i5-400 and i3-300 Mobile
Processor Series, Datasheet Volume Two" indicates that registers of the
PCI device 00:00.0 cannot be locked manually. Instead, they can only be
locked by TXT, VT-d, CMD.LOCK.MEMCONFIG, ME_SM_LOCK or D_LCK.
Finally, the addresses and sizes of these registers were partially wrong.

Tested on Lenovo X201i with a Core i3 330M (no AES-NI, no VT-d and no TXT
support compared to the Core i5 and Core i7 processors of a X201).

67031a565b cpu/intel/sandybridge: Put stage cache into TSEG
TSEG is not accessible in ring 0 after it is locked in ramstage, in
contrast with cbmem which remains accessible. Assuming SMM does not
touch the cache this is a good region to cache stages.

The code is mostly copied from src/cpu/intel/haswell.

TESTED on Thinkpad X220: on a cold boot the stage cache gets created
and on S3 the cached ramstage gets properly used.

0a4e0fd913 cpu/intel/speedstep: Fix the PNOT ACPI method
The PNOT method never notifies the CPU to update it's _CST methods due
to reliance on inexisting variable (PDCx).

Add a method in the speedstep ssdt generator to notify all available
CPU nodes and hook this up in this file.

The cpu.asl file is moved to cpu/intel/speedstep/acpi since it now
relies on code generated in the speedstep ssdt generator. CPUs not
using the speedstep code never included this PNOT method so this is
a logical place for this code to be.

47dffa59f3 chromeec: Remove checks for EC in RO
This patch removes checks that ensure EC to be in RO for recovery
boot. We do not need these checks because when recovery is requested
automatically (as opposed to manually), we show 'broken' screen where
users can only reboot the device or request recovery manually.

If recovery is requested, Depthcharge will check whether EC is in RO
or not and recovery switch was pressed or not. If it's a legitimate
manual recovery, EC should be in RO. Thus, we can trust the recovery
button state it reports.

This patch removes all calls to google_chromeec_check_ec_image,
which is called to avoid duplicate memory training when recovery
is requested but EC is in RW.

f3ec5ed555 cpu/intel/slot_1: Increase CAR size to 8KiB
Because cpu/intel/car/romstage.c assumes a 8KiB stack size
when setting up stack guards, and all Slot 1 compatible

Adjust DCACHE_RAM_BASE to match.

Boot tested on asus/p2b-ls and asus/p3b-f using a 1400MHz
Tualeron. The latter actually requires this patch to boot
successfully.

5a1f9a87cb cpu/x86/mp_init: remove adjust_cpu_apic_entry()
The original purpose of adjust_cpu_apic_entry() was to set
up an APIC map. That map was effectively only used for mapping
*default* APIC id to CPU number in the SMM handler. The normal
AP startup path didn't need this mapping because it was whoever
won the race got the next cpu number. Instead of statically
calculating (and wrong) just initialize the default APIC id
map when the APs come online. Once the APs are online the SMM
handler is loaded and the mapping is utilized.
